Kollihill Pepper or Pepper is the most important and most used spice in the world. It plays a major role in enhancing the taste and flavour in all food. Pepper is also known as the King of spice. Pepper originated from the very old and traditional place kollimalai, a part of Tamilnadu. Its pepper will normally grow in tropical regions. After the East India Company was started as monopolistic, approximately 1600 includes southeast Asia and India. Created particularly for trading the spice from India, particularly from tamilnadu, because tamilnadu is the birthplace of most of the precious spices.
